Coordinate closely with local distributors(s) and other stakeholders to ensure proper execution and follow-ups.
- Initiate, develop, expand, and maintain excellent customer rapport and relationship.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of product and technical knowledge.
- Provide technical assistance, procedure support, implantation and follow up support as well as training to customers and the distributors when needed.
- Provide timely and comprehensive market information to management as requested.
- Provides formal in-service / education to Surgeons and Cardio Interventionist.
- Coordinate all necessary logistics related to hospital training for new accounts.
