- General Overview- The Sales Manager owns and manage daily sales operations in the assigned locations and supervises sales team to enable them to meet targets on the field, This position will directly report to the Branch Manager.- Roles and responsibilities- Responsibility to manage P&L of Retailer Sales in the branch
- Conceptualize Acquisition and Go-To-Market Strategy to R2s in the districts/sub-districts
- Set up initiatives for multi-channel marketing and monitoring
- Oversee productivity of the Input Sales team
- Responsible for top-line success metric (GMV, Revenue, Gross/Net Profit, Recovery) and bottom-line success metrics (Userbase: new & retention, CAC)
- Conceptualize development/training program for field-sales team
- Establish incentives structure & KPIs for sales team
- Conceptualize the key promotion program of each channel together with stakeholders
- Requirements:
- Preferably a Business Degree (MBA or equivalent from a reputed university), with a Sales / Marketing specialisation.
- 4 years experience in FMCG or Multi-channel Sales for a large brand in Indonesia
- Relevant Agri-Inputs or Manufacturer background
- Willingness to travel and understand the market for Input Retailers
- Strong empathy for teammates, empowering them in their activities
- Demonstrate good leadership skill and team management skills
- Good communication skills (Indonesian, English)
