- Language: Fluent in English verbal and written
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Technical solution Environment
- Preference with Control Instrumentation knowledge (sensors, transmitters), understanding the basic electrical circuit and pneumatic functions
- Knowledge on a Data communication protocol (Fieldbus, TCP/IP, Analog & Digital output signals)
- Some supervision experience (Leadership skill)
- Independent with a proactive approach to customer management (Sales B2B)
- Understand the quality management system
- Willing to travel (within Indonesia)
- Passion for the technical field
- People Manager and team player
