Job Desk:
- Acquisition Client to achieve the individual and enterprise target by searching fresh data base and make meeting appointment
- Negotiation with client related client need and give advice to client receive and process sale orders to operation
- Expediting orders through internal liaison (Operational, Recruitment, HR, & Finance) and handle to make a review of contract with legal and clients checking the accuracy of orders and helping finanve to issuing invoices every month and remind customer to pay the invoice
- Maintaining and updating sales, Account Receivable from client and customer records & compiling monthly sales reports
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Dispatch Client complain to respectable dept
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in any field of major.
- Profesional with min.
3 years experience and prefer from the same industry Ex: Sampingan; Vads, system in contact center, or from telecommunication industry.
- Have database as their close network especially network as decision maker.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal, have a high initiative and customer service skills Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
- Proficiency with power point and word processing and spreadsheet software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluent in English is preferable
