- Currently, we are looking for a **Sales Manager** to join our dynamic team of digitally creative people who are passionate about creating high-performance digital assets**.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Develop and manage a fun, creative, and high-spirited team of sales accounts.
- Collaborate with creative and production team to create top-notch proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Together with the digital strategist present the presentations that win the pitch
- Spearheading the sales strategy and operation
- Befriend clients to understand their problems and provide possible solutions
- Develop sales plan and monitor the execution.
Provide the analysis report to upper management for further recommendation
- Inspire team growth by creating internal sharing mechanism on digital trend updates

**Requirement**:

- A people person who love to meet peoples and create engagement
- A hands-on person that leads by example
- Proven work experience as a sales account manager or senior sales account executive with at least 3 years of experience in the digital and tech industry
- Have a good network of clients and partners
- Excellent leadership, communication, lobbying, sales, and negotiation skill.
- Attractive, strong self-confidence, and highly motivated.
