Persyaratan
Minimum hold Diploma's degree.
Conversational English proficiency
Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales in Freight with experience in Supervising/leading a team, accustomed with target (around 2 billion per month).
Mastered Surabaya market.
Have network for shipping.
Good communication skill, customer oriented, smart, able to work under pressure, and good management skill.

Do business development by canvassing.
Create business proposal.
Expand mostly for ocean freight.
Provide daily report for market research & activities.
Update customer activities and information to system & management.
Achieve personal and team sales.
Deliver high standard of customer service consistently to clients.
Organize specific records and files to track financial transactions.
