Sales Manager

Job Function / Goal:
Acquired new client, with specific number of revenue or transaction that shall be delivered later by 8villages.
Responsibility Area:
Plan the sales activity, Penetrate the market, Approaching potential client, Negotiate, Deal (closing), Suggests solution and improvement in order to deliver best customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum 5 Years experience in sales B2B, and have proven track record stay in the same company for at least 2 years.
Good network with the Food And Beverage community, have at least hundreds of officers from restaurant groups/ hotel groups/ and kind.
Good network with Government Institution, BUMN, Private Sector, and Non Government Organization (NGO)
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent Negotiation skills
Self starter and independent.
Exceptional sales and customer service skill
Good Problem solver, creative.
Good project management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
