What will you do??
**You own the responsibility** for developing and maintaining key account plans that identify opportunities, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.
You will devise a go-to-market strategy, based on the understanding of the market's specific challenges and needs, working closely with your colleagues in the region to execute the plans.
You will be our first employee in Indonesia and have the opportunity to build something completely from scratch
We aim to expand to the rest of Asia in the coming years.
You will be responsible for driving growth in Indonesia by new business development and partnership sales.
- Build and manage a high performing team
- Drive efforts to develop and implement initiatives to build the CM brand across Asia
Refine business model and collaborate with HQ on plans, pricing and discounting strategies
- Determine enhancements needed to scale our platform products, working with internal team to drive standardisation and automation
- Develop clear success metrics and regular reporting to key stakeholders
**Mandatory**
You have an excellent hold on the SaaS/ CPaaS / CommTech space.
You have experience in building the sales vertical from scratch previously.
This role will lead and build our Indonesia spectrum - so management skills are extremely necessary.
