Role Overview The Sales Executive handles sales activities within their area, supporting the Sales Manager with groups under 10 guestrooms and in-house catering, under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Senior Sales Managers, in coordination with the Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities Complete Hilton University courses and pass assessments promptly.
Acquire and understand hotel product knowledge and related activities.
Implement sales action plans as outlined in the marketing plan for your market area.
Maintain files on major active accounts within your market area.
Promote and generate sales leads for other Hilton hotels.
Provide feedback on marketing conditions, competition trends, and sales activities.
Assist in hotel inspections for walk-ins, meetings, and contracted clients, planning follow-ups.
Welcome top key accounts, group organizers, and VIP guests during check-in.
Share sales-related information with other departments as needed.
Attend pre-conference meetings and assist in post-conference reporting.
Perform all duties efficiently, adhering to hotel policies to meet objectives.
Foster effective team relations and maintain professionalism and ethics.
Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile The ideal Sales Executive should: Hold a university degree.
Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within international hotel chains.
Be proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work well under pressure and handle stressful situations during busy periods.
Be a team player.
Have experience with hotel sales and hotel databases.
