Join to apply for the Sales Executive - Modern Trade & General Trade Supervisor role at Evolene Indonesia.4 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants.ResponsibilitiesDistribute business to Modern Market (MT) or General Trade (GT) such as Aeon, Ranch Market, Grand Lucky, Raja Susu, Natural Farm, Fithub, etc.Negotiate trading terms and promotions to establish and grow business partnerships.Manage internal budgets with the company and external budgets with accounts; prepare accurate volume and value forecasts for assigned accounts.Develop and maintain trustworthy relationships with major key accounts, generate new business, resolve customer issues, and handle complaints to maintain trust.Manage sales areas and facilitate communication between key customers and internal teams.Implement approved retail activities, promotional plans, merchandising, and new item authorizations with the Retail Team.Collaborate with Marketing to develop brand promotion programs; monitor and analyze promotional effectiveness.Develop in-store visibility plans, ensure timely implementation, and maintain merchandising standards.Provide reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly recommendations to meet company objectives.Manage Retail Team (SPG or Sales Area), set performance targets, and conduct regular coaching.RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience; FMCG experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.Proven ability to deliver client solutions and meet sales targets.Strong negotiation skills with follow-through on client contracts.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Understanding of key clients and industry positioning.Enthusiasm for expanding sales, clients, and territories.Ability to analyze data and sales statistics for strategic insights.Capable of multitasking and managing multiple client accounts.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Wellness and Fitness ServicesThis job is active and accepting applications.
