Job Description Answer incoming phone calls courteously following hotel etiquette guidelines and handle inquiries according to departmental procedures.
Coordinate all group arrangements and communicate requirements with relevant departments.
Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning.
Follow up with post-conference reports and review group billings.
Input and update all group bookings in the system weekly.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage the filing system per hotel sales administration processes.
Maintain gifts inventory and coordinate gift dispatch to clients.
Arrange site inspections for potential clients.
Promote positive client relations and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
Handle client complaints tactfully, report incidents to management.
Upsell hotel facilities and services to maximize sales revenue.
Qualifications Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven results.
Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and service-minded.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Team player and motivator.
Well-presented and professional appearance.
