Location: ID - BogorGoodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Darlene Clarisse Monton MoletaSponsorship Available: NoRelocation Assistance Available: No**Responsibilities**:- Optimize sales and distributor coverage for tire stores in Jakarta- Develop and maintain good relationship, business operation and sales growth with stores- Work closely with Head of Consumer and Assistant Sales Manager to improve business operations- Conduct benchmarking activities with competitors- Maintain good merchandising, display and store's presentation at 138 stores**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in any discipline- 2 years related experience with sales and marketing- Has basic tire, product and business process knowledge- Good interpersonal, communication and influence skills- Familiar with MS Office Applications
