Analyzing sales performance independently from the sales leaders to provide performance gaps analysis as well as good sales performance
Ensuring the sales operating rhythm (internal process to achieve sales rhythm) needed to achieve the business objective of the Sales team's productivity
Assisting the Sales Team with problems related to productivity faced, for example, lack of leads, and not many referrals
Providing input/insight to the Sales Head on Sales actions that can support BB Sales improvement
Evaluating and coaching the lacking Sales Team
Responsible for the overall performance of the Business Support Team
**General Requirement**:
S1/S2 education (at the same level) in any field
A proven stint in data analysis preferably in sales
Strong analytical skills with competency in data crunching and the use of Excel
The ability to think critically and structure, especially to find the root of the problem and find a solution
Have good communication skills
Have good English skills (written & spoken)
