Human Resources (Learning & Recruitment) Responsibilities: Build & maintain good relationships (networking) with both existing & new stream customers.
Generate sales growth in both existing & new stream customers.
Map the market & conduct market due diligence in the region.
Collect, identify & analyze sales forecasts based on potential markets in the region.
Promote and sell Motion products & services, including Auto Electrical & Mechanical Products.
Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree from any major, preferably from Engineering.
Approximately 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development of industrial products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Strong character, analytical skills, and knowledge of market updates.
Proven success in sales strategies, highly motivated, target-driven, with a record of exceeding sales quotas.
Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP applications/programs.
Placement in Surabaya .
