What challenges can you expect?
You are responsible for promoting mechanical accessories through active customer visits and support, in cooperation with the regional team and headquarters.
You will develop the company's Component business opportunities within the industrial and utility power sector, cultivating business with local transformer manufacturers for new business and local end-users for retrofit projects.
You will secure and expand local customer relations and business activities through prospecting and networking, executing regular customer visits to build strong relationships.
You are expected to present product and service information and carry out trainings for customers, agents, and co-workers.
You will support the preparation of quotations, including project and quotation tracking via follow-up.
You must monitor complaint management in your designated areas.
You are responsible for generating regular reports (e.g., visit reports, market & customer information, forecasts).
You will maintain close cooperation with MR international sales, other MR subsidiaries, and agents.
What do we expect from you?
You are an Indonesian citizen.
You hold a Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
You have 2 years of sales experience in the power transmission and distribution transformer service and maintenance field, HV switchgear, power transformers, or other key substation equipment.
Fresh graduates passionate about sales are encouraged to apply.
You are a self-starter, motivated, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets, and know how to work effectively with customers, agents, and co-workers.
You are proficient in numerical understanding, accuracy, and integrity.
You can work both collaboratively and independently, are flexible, can meet tight deadlines, and are willing to travel frequently locally and overseas.
You possess strong presentation skills and have a good command of written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Your computer skills include MS Office, and knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
