With its HQ in Paris, Aircall is expanding to the UK and we are looking for our newSales Director UKI!

As our Sales Director for the UKI region, you will be in charge of an Inside Sales team and will be the main point of contact for the other departments (Marketing, Partnerships, Onboarding, Success, Support) for any UKI related topics.
The priority will be to execute on accelerating the current revenue growth.

You will be owner and responsible for the growth of UKI. You will scale and structure your Sales team efficiently and work closely with the other teams to grow the business.

Aircall already has a large number of customers in UKI but the opportunity to grow it exponentially is huge.

A dedicated sales team of 10+ people is already working for Aircall on UKI and waiting for your guidance.
We are looking for someone passionate and willing to make a difference.

**This position will start remotely and will then be based in London**
Your mission @Aircall

Accelerating the UKI revenue growth
Contributing to the UKI growth strategy and Sales effort
Developing a thorough understanding of the Aircall product, market and industry, as well as competitors
Managing and leading by example the local Sales Team to achieve sales goals, and if needed identifying and addressing sales performance issues
Forecasting pipeline and new revenue accurately and ultimately closing new customers
Working with other department teams to select, evaluate, and approve opportunities for growth in the market
A little about you

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Inside Sales and/or 3+ years tier 1 management consulting firm
2+ years of experience as Sales manager
Experience in the SMB and Mid Market worlds is a real plus
Demonstrated abilities to manage the entire sales cycle and close deals
Strong analytical skills and capacity to challenge other departments (marketing, partnership, success) with data
Results driven, work hard play hard mentality, ability to use own initiative and self-prioritiseSelf-starter, committed to personal growth, willing to take risks
Expert on the UKI market and leverage your existing network
