About Sales Director - Property and Real Estate Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership and development of the sales teams, assigning and managing to individual production goals, and motivating sales staff to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Report to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Performance
Drive revenue by:
Achieving sales and production goals as outlined in business objectives and directing strategic initiatives to acquire new business opportunities
Planning and execution of annual sales plan- manage business through projection and budget variance reporting methods
Work closely with Marketing and Agencies by leveraging their expertise, connectivity, and sales booster
Actively pursue your own book of business in conjunction with being a sales manager
Mentor, support, coach junior agents through the evolution of the sales process - converting leads to appointments, making an effective sales presentation, performing a comparative market analysis etc.
Recruit quality salespeople and build sales teams
Leadership and Managerial Excellence
Build culture of joint ownership and joint rewards to action and win as a team (e.g. client needs and success, knowledge sharing and peer mentoring)
Manage key relationships internally and externally to facilitate communication and to explore new revenue generating opportunities
Drive a proactive sales culture across teams
Provide focus and clarity in establishing individual goals, driving performance management, supporting career development and rewarding strong performance
To succeed in this Sales Director - Property and Real Estate role, you will need to have the ability to achieve sales and profitability targets to increase revenue and company profitability.
Key Requirements:
Experience in the Real Estate field, with at least six years in Commercial Real Estate/ Property project as Sales
Excellent command of English, Chinese speaker is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
People management experience – proven experience with diverse workforce and remote management
Demonstrated behaviors and aptitude – authentic leadership, dealing with ambiguity
Well versed in Microsoft Office applications
Must be resourceful, well organised, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
Disciplined, detailed-oriented and proactive with ability to multitask
