About the Sales Director Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop plans and strategies for developing the business and achieving the company’s expansion goals
Lead the team in building partnerships with key players in the property industry in each area you expand to
Build a scalable team to acquire local partner agents
Optimise incentives across the area you operate in to maximise revenue growth and profitability from the affiliate network
Hire, onboard, train and develop the direct sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
Work together with the training and operations team to constantly raise the bar on the sales skill level and processes
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
Ensure top level performance management by managing and curating a performance culture that brings the best out of your people
To succeed in this Sales Director role, you must be able to drive business decisions through data-driven analysis and cross-functional/cross-level collaborations.
Key Requirements:
University degree from a top university, MSc or MBA is a plus
Four or more years’ experience in business management such as management consulting or business development in a start-up company
Knowledge of the property market is beneficial (but not required), experience is a plus
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to think both strategically and tactically with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can work under pressure and enjoy achieving targets
Proactive, self-motivated and have the desire to push your team to succeed
