We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Consultant to join our growing team in the healthcare industry.
In this role, you'll be the frontliner in engaging with clients, supporting doctors (OBGYN), and ensuring that our premium services are well-understood and effectively delivered.
You'll play a key part in driving conversions, building long-term relationships, and supporting both pre- and post-sales activities.
Responsibilities: Manage all inquiries related to our products and services.
Perform end-to-end lead management: generate, follow up, convert.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.
Educate and assist customers throughout the decision-making process.
Provide support to OBGYNs, gatekeepers, and clients, including conducting product knowledge and program training.
Handle hospital-related events, maternity talks, and presentations.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and customer documents.
Coordinate closely with the Customer Support team and handle escalations when needed.
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any major).
2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Medical Representative roles (Pharmaceutical/Medical Equipment industry preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to connect with both clients and medical professionals.
Confident presenter, proactive communicator, and a natural relationship-builder.
Comfortable working independently and in a target-driven environment.
Ethical, reliable, and organized with a professional appearance.
Willing to work on weekends if events or client needs arise.
Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle is a plus.
