**Job Description**:
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Successfully communicate demand forecast elements (baseline, marketing push, seasonality, new area expansions, etc) to management.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Coordinate with procurement to develop monthly procurement plans and schedules.
Define and communicate target inventory levels based on established demand forecast.
- Coordinate with finance to finalize monthly P&L and capital requirement plan.
- Conduct monthly demand, supply, and financial plan maintenance.
- Daily cross-functional execution coordinations and monitoring to ensure monthly plan realization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a demand planning/forecasting and supply planning role.
- Solid understanding of demand management practices and procedures.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Agribusiness knowledge is a plus point.
