Sales And Marketing Manager - Hospitality Industry

**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement sales strategies revenue growth and market share orientation.- Supervise and manage sales and marketing team and give direction and assistance to attain sales objectives.- Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to guarantee that sales initiatives align with overall business goals.- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategies (corporate and group sales, catering, and event sales)- Establish and sustain connections with key customers and client.- Track and analyze sales data to pinpoint chances for enhancement and make decisions based on sales data analysis.- Oversee and controlling sales and marketing budget.**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree in any field related to the position- Experienced minimum 5 years in hospitality, hotel or restaurant sales industry- Strong interpersonal and communication skill to building relationships with key clients.- Strong leadership and managerial skill- Proficiency in handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.- Ready to work in adaptable hours, which may include evenings and weekends, as required**Job Type**: ContractAbility to commute/relocate:- Makassar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- People Management: 5 years (preferred)- Sales Marketing: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
