In the scope of Commercial - Sales and Distribution, he/she responsible for end-to-end data and reporting process.
Starting from data management in Distribution Information System, continue to develop analytical process to provide the insight from sales report.
He will also manage the information and required data, both regular and ad-hoc, to be served to any related stakeholders.
He/She will also need to take initiatives to enhance the business intelligence, collaborate with other units, and monitor the implementation of the project also with other units.
He/She will lead the subordinates in gathering information, providing regular and ad-hoc reports with the analysis, documenting and assessing its business processes or systems.

Sales Reporting, Analysis and Insight
- Create regular sales dashboard
- Provide sales reporting related to sales performance (by Region, Brand, Channel), Market Share, etc
- Transform current reporting from excel to Power BI

Sales Area and Distributor Performance
- Set up and propose Distributor's target based on:
- Company's objective - volume and market share
- Macroeconomic condition & government regulation - inflation, excise increase, and other required licences
- Assess Distributors' performance periodically, by providing all required data and documents
- Generate Sales & Distribution Analysis/Report to various management usage/ad-hoc/projects

Business Process Improvement
- Map and review current business process
- Generate improvement plan and align it with other related units
- Implement the new approved business process
- Frequently review and monitor the implementation

Data Management
- Ensure data and information gathering including market share and other ad hoc data
- Responsible for data reliability of DIS and Power BI as one single source of truth for sell out

Project Management and Support
- Actively contribute to the commercial team to support the data, report or information needed
- Support other department with ad hoc request of data
- Support region with on time data submission

- Experience (including Management Experience)_
Experienced in Sales Field and Sales Analyst minimum 3 years
