**Sales and customer service (65% of duties)**
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team in implementing sales and marketing initiatives to promote FnB and Service related courses offered at EQI including outreach efforts to all existing as well as potential new customers by relationship building through various outreach efforts such as Cold calling, EDMs, Mailers, Flyer Distribution, Course Previews, Roadshows and etc
- Look out for new customers to fill up the classes scheduled for these courses thereby increasing the class fill up rate and avoiding the cancellation of classes
**General administrative duties (35%)**
- Provide excellent customer service at all times to make trainees/visitors feel welcome
- Provides accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries for FnB and Service related Programmes offered by EQI
**Requirements**:
- Educational level of at least higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular MS Word and MS Excel will be essential
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably Executives specializing in sales related activities
- Good team player and able to interact well with others
- Good command in English (Oral & Written) in order to liaise with attendees
- Sales-driven, Good with numbers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skill in prioritizing and Excellent time management
- Attention to detail
**Salary**: Rp6,500,000 - Rp8,500,000 per month
