Persyaratan- Diploma or Bachelor Graduates- 1-2 years' experience handling administration services- Computer literate- Good communicationTanggung Jawab- Supporting in agent registration, in terms of received and validate agent registration document and forward to DO- Act as liaison between Sales Support and Agency coordinate with all unit- Handling customer walk in and send customer inquiry and document to related department- Monitor work of job and validate presence of Security and Office Boy- Manage and distribution stock of printed material or logistic- Managing petty cash and office expenses- Supporting Agency's activities- Perform administration duties to support Branch Manager- Act as e-Smart help desk
