Sales Admin

Job Description:
Providing Data and reports to help our Business Development (Sales) team Answering client inquiries to our sales team over the phone, or by email Process orders and cancellation for sales client needed (e.g. gift for clients) Check data accuracy in orders and invoices Maintain and updates sales and customer records Develop monthly sales reports Minimum Qualifications:
Min. 2-3 years of work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Controller, or other related fields, and from the Digital Media Company would be preferred We're open for senior-level or junior-level??????? Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Preferably good in English both spoken and written Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work under strict deadlines
