Sales Account Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions.
They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of accounts Develop positive relationships with clients Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner Identify sales opportunities by engaging with principals, distributors, and internal networks to increase business volume Deliver proposals, make introductory calls, and conduct product presentations Take ownership of issues, demonstrating professionalism and control Build and maintain good relationships with new potential customers and existing clients, offering the best solutions to their issues Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base Build strong client relationships through regular visits and communication, and formulate strategies for customer accounts Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager Understanding of sales performance metrics Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of General IT, Cloud Computing, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong analytical, planning, and reasoning abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to persuade and build relationships Existing market relationships managing at least 10 accounts Ability to work independently and meet goals Motivated and goal-oriented Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
