Safety Officer

About the role: The jobholder has to work in close coordination with the EHS committee of the East Branch and based on direction provided by the Corporate Development Manager and develop all environmental, health and safety programs, manuals and other related documentations in so as to ensure all activities comply with environmental standards and regulations following ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 group-wide certifications. Job Description: Make sure high-risk areas follow safety rules by training staff, enforcing gear use, and checking the workplace monthly. Help develop safety programs with other safety experts. Keep track of accidents, injuries, and safety meetings. Look for hazards and fix them to keep everyone safe. Help supervisors with daily meetings and follow-ups. Lead safety talks for workers so they know the safety rules. Check that service teams follow environmental rules. Stay up-to-date on safety laws and inform everyone. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of Occupational Health and Safety Safety certificate (AK3U) required. Strong communication skills in writing and speaking. Ability to work effectively with others. Must be in good health and able to work at heights. Valid driver's license (SIM A) required. Willing to relocate to Gresik or Surabaya, East Java.
