Job Description Get to Know the Team Join the Strategy and Planning team at Grab, responsible for driving growth for GrabFood.
Collaborate with Strategy, Commercial, and Operations teams to analyze market trends, competitive activities, and translate insights into impactful strategies.
Get to Know the Role Reporting to the GrabFood Demand Manager, Strategy and Planning, you will own demand strategies for Central Java & Yogyakarta.
The role is fully onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Formulate strategies for short-term and long-term demand initiatives to foster merchant and customer growth.
Utilize data analysis skills to solve problems and generate business insights.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
Design campaign structures and conduct experimental campaigns.
Keep abreast of competitive activities and industry trends to identify opportunities.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' strategic and analytical experience in management consulting or tech/e-commerce companies.
Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business from top universities; applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and spreadsheet software; experience with Google Sheets and App Script is a plus.
Business proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage disagreements professionally.
