Role OverviewThe Regional Marketing Manager at Bitunix is responsible for executing localized marketing strategies across PR, content, social media, community, events, and organic channels.
This role supports Business Development (BD) strictly from a marketing perspective, providing localized narratives, assets, and visibility for partnerships, activations, and events.The role works closely with Media Buying, SEO/ASO, Brand, Community, and Product teams to ensure all regional initiatives are culturally relevant, compliant, and performance-driven.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional PR & MediaExecute regional PR and media initiatives aligned with Bitunix's global brand strategy.Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 journalists, editors, crypto media, and influencers.Localize global press releases, announcements, and communication materials for regional relevance.Support interviews, press coverage, and storytelling opportunities to strengthen brand credibility.Social Media & CommunityPlan and execute localized social media strategies across X, Instagram, Telegram, and region-specific platforms.Adapt global content frameworks into culturally resonant regional formats.Collaborate with community moderators, ambassadors, and local partners to support engagement and conversations.Monitor sentiment, trends, and community feedback to optimize messaging and content.Localization & ContentLead localization of website content, in-app content, marketing collaterals, creatives, and educational materials.Coordinate translation workflows with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.Maintain brand consistency across all localized touchpoints while respecting regional and regulatory nuances.Ensure localized content aligns with SEO and ASO best practices.Organic Growth (SEO & ASO)Support SEO and ASO teams by localizing and optimizing regional landing pages, blogs, academy articles, glossaries, FAQs, and app store assets.Conduct regional competitor analysis to identify content gaps, keyword opportunities, and user behavior trends.Share regional insights to support content strategy and organic growth initiatives.Media Buying CollaborationWork closely with the Media Buying team to provide regional market insights, audience behavior updates, and creative feedback.Support paid campaigns with localized messaging, creatives, and cultural inputs (without managing budgets or buying).
Share competitor ad trends and regional responses to improve campaign effectiveness.Marketing SupportAssist the cross-team/global team in providing marketing materials, localized messaging, and visibility support for regional partnerships, KOLs, and affiliates.Support partner activations and campaigns with region-specific narratives and assets.Act as a marketing point-of-contact for BD initiatives, without owning BD targets.Events & ActivationsSupport planning and execution of regional and local events, including expos, meetups, conferences, roadshows, and community gatherings.Work with internal teams and local partners to localize event messaging, branding, and promotional materials.Coordinate pre-event and post-event marketing, social content, PR coverage, and community engagement.Assist in identifying high-impact regional events and sponsorship opportunities aligned with Bitunix's goals.Market Insights & ReportingProvide regular regional updates covering competitor activity, campaigns, user behavior, and sentiment.Evaluate regional marketing opportunities and propose data-driven initiatives.Review engagement metrics, content performance, and SEO/ASO indicators to guide improvements.Cross-Functional Collaboration & ComplianceCollaborate with PR, Brand, SEO, ASO, Product, Media Buying, and Community teams for aligned execution.Manage relationships with local agencies, translators, freelancers, and media vendors when required.Ensure all regional activities comply with Bitunix brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and market expectations.Requirements3–4 years of experience in regional marketing, content, PR, events, or growth roles (crypto, fintech, or tech preferred).
Strong understanding of regional digital platforms, crypto audiences, and cultural nuances.Experience supporting events, community activations, or partnerships from a marketing perspective.Experience collaborating with cross-departmentalUnderstand the terminologies, and market insights.Familiarity with content localization, SEO, and ASO fundamentals.Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills.Fluent Market Native and English required; additional regional language(s) are a strong advantage.
