Responsible for the risk identification, monitoring, and evaluation for RO X-sell product
Responsible for conducting data analyst and data processing in order to identify the risk
Data-driven decision based on strong analysis
Monitor the implementation of risk management strategies
Integrating and adopting all necessary processes for effective control
Review internal memo, policy, SOP and risk management process periodically
Able to manage all related stakeholders and company interest

5 years experience in relevant position in multi finance/banking/P2P lending industry
Strong in risk and business process on lending product
Able to dealing with data queries and process (Python, SQL, R)
Experience in handling repetitive customer behavior related to risk
Strong analytical, communication, and management skill
Able to work under pressure and expectation from related stakeholders
Able to work in fast pace and complex environment
English Fluency both written and verbal
