Job Description:
Identify, analyze risk events and recommend improvements to prevent re-occurring in the future. Assisting the Principal Risk Owners to identify key risk indicators and mitigation controls in their business units. This is applied for new product or services, new feature, marketing campaigns, changes in development, new partnerships, new business strategies, and all business processes in the company. Monitoring the implementation of action plans to address medium and red key risks on the risk and control self-assessments/risk registers. Responsible to do control test or an audit to the all-risk owner to ensure that all control is in place. Control Test is held a minimum of 1 time per year. Ensure that all deviations of company SOPs / Policies have good strong reasons and can be tolerated by the company, approved by country MD and initiate corrective actions if necessary. Fraud Investigation external and internal case. Responsible to maintain minimum company fraud loss and operational loss, while maintaining a high recovery rate from fraud incident. Receiving all disputes from the call center and tracking for problem-solving. Communicate to related department /function for problem-solving. Initiate strategy/ process/tool to prevent the fraud risk to happen in the future. Suspicious transaction monitoring for all products and services in the company. Documentation and Reporting: Investigation report, Fraud monthly report, Dispute report. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistic, Mathematic or Any major. Certification in Risk Management will be an advantage. At least 3 years experience in financial service or financial technology Risk Management role. Ability to understand broader business issues. Communication and presentation skills. Analytical skills and an eye for detail.
