Working closely with various stakeholders, such as Sales, Operations, and the Credit Team, to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the acquisition process
- Assisting in the development of credit-related policies and regulations
- Supervising and actively participating in the creation of reports, documents, and communication efforts related to new or updated policies and regulations
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field is necessary, preferably in the Banking/Multifinance/Financial Company sector.
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, good communication, and interpersonal skills are important qualifications.
- Knowledge and understanding of IKNB regulations is a must.
