About The Role : Risk Management Officer is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization's risk management strategies and frameworks to ensure operational, financial, and reputational risks are identified, evaluated, and mitigated effectively.
This role involves leading risk assessments, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirement.
Responsibilities : Assist develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive risk management policies and frameworks.
Assist develop and monitor KRIs to proactively identify potential risks.
Develop strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with third-party.
Prepare and present detailed risk reports and dashboards for senior management.
Accommodate the creation, implementation, and regular review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with the latest rules, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct periodic monitoring to ensure compliance and make necessary updates to address regulatory changes.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in risk management or a related role, preferably in the investment or financial sector.
Experience in implementing and maintaining ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) frameworks.
Ability to proactively identify operational, financial, and reputational risks.
Skills : Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
