**Job Description**:
- Collaborate with internal team and other departments to develop and update SOP for new and existing business process
- Identify and assess risk in project/business process, including control activities needed to mitigate the risk
- Conducting SOP that can mitigate significant risk within service level target
- Socialize SOP to related stakeholders clearly
- Identifying and preventing potential loss/risk
**Qualifications**:
- Experienced in risk management and SOP development (min 1 years)
- Graduated from Economics / Accounting / Management with min GPA 3.00
- Have a good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proactive, initiative, and hard worker
- Familiar with Ms Excel/Google Sheets, Ms Word/Goggle Docs, and Ms Powerpoint / Google Slides
