Job Descriptions: Set up and manage property pricing across major OTA platforms, ensuring rates are accurate and consistently distributed Monitor, update, and evaluate OTA discounts, promotions, and campaign participation Review market conditions, booking patterns, and competitor rates to support daily and seasonal pricing decisions Assist with pricing calculations, breakdowns, and reconciliation across internal records and OTA platforms Prepare recurring reports on pricing and property performance, including key findings and recommendations Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and other teams to resolve pricing issues and ensure smooth implementation Requirements: Experience working with pricing tools or revenue management systems Good understanding of room pricing, rate plans, OTA promotions, and pricing calculations Strong numerical ability, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Ability to analyze market trends and compare property performance against relevant competitors Proactive, dependable, and able to manage tasks with limited supervision Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration Comfortable preparing reports and communicating insights in a clear and structured way
