Revenue Admin

A Revenue Admin at Bobobox is responsible for ensuring that all revenue data are correct according to the reservations confirmation, pricing, and hotel vouchers from OTA (Online Travel Agents). Assisting all internal departments administratively.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for ensuring that all D-1 are correct and submitted on agreed SLA before submitted to Finance Team- In collaboration with Tech Team to update daily revenue report that needs to be updated manually- Responsible for inputting daily revenue report on revenue metrics tracker- Ensuring that every individual in Revenue Team reports are submitted based on the agreed deadline- In charge of filing for every document related to Revenue Team- Assisting all invoicing process within the team**Requirements**:- Minimum a Diploma's degree in any major- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role- Good administration skills- Good communication & interpersonal skills- Willing to be based in Bandung**Please send your CV with recent photograph ) using this format **:Name - Revenue Admin****_Bobobox Indonesia_****_Jl.
