**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in Sales & BD, preferably from logistic/express industry
- Experiencing on sales expansion, mitra acquisition, create sales and marketing program Has experience to lead team at least 2 years
- Strong in communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal
- Data driven, problem solving, innovative and, creative, go-getter

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for increasing mitra transaction/target achievement.
- Responsible for analysing the amount of mitra based on each area's needs.
- Responsible to analyse current mitra.
- Responsible for mitra coaching.
- Responsible as trusted advisor for new mitra and current mitra in order to open all possibilities for commercial use.
- Responsible in coordinating amount of mitra accepted with operational team to ensure parcel delivery process run well
- Responsible to ensure all activity is correspondent with company policy
- Responsible in creating program and manage team performance and aligning the purpose with company purpose
