**YOUR TASKS**:
Retail Outlet Officer will be responsible for revenue generated from multi sectors customers from a geographically assigned sales territory, by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting at new business opportunities.
**Main Responsibilities**:

- To manage and deliver customer-focused service in retail outlet
- Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance.
- Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive
- Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data
- Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office
- Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
- Implement store hours
- Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, low in tardiness at all times.
**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Minimal Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Good Bahasa & English Communication Skill
- Well-grooming and having a good personality
- Having experience as a Sales Person will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willing to be placed anywhere in Bali
