Foster A Culture Of Excellence, Accountability, And Customer-centricity Among Staff Members.Store Operations: Ensure The Efficient And Effective Operation Of All Retail Stores, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Performance.Customer Experience: Drive Exceptional Customer Service Standards Across All Retail Outlets. Implement Strategies To Enhance The Overall Shopping Experience, Ensuring Customer Satisfaction And Loyalty.Financial Management: Develop And Manage Budgets, Analyze Financial Data, And Implement Cost-effective Strategies To Maximize Profitability.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Proven experience as a Retail Director or in a similar role within the footwear or fashion industry.Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
