Supervise the operational process within Retail Account Services Support that comprises of production, maintenance, Card Delivery, solving customer complaints and request about the card.
Responsible for daily reports, compliance, risk mitigation and fulfilling Service Level Agreement (SLA) aligned with Bank BTPN Regulation to enhance effectivity and efficiency operation Card Operational within Retail Account Services Support Unit.
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
Minimum 3 years of experiences in Banking or Financial Industry
Basic Understanding of Operational Banking Concept
Familiar with Microsoft Office
English Proficiency (Intermediate level)
Skillful in cross-communication process
Strong competency in analyzing and resolving day-to-day operational issues
