End to End Recruitment process Analyzes performance and identifies ways to improve work processes and strives to increase efficiencies Ability to identify talent and match to the needs and culture of the organization Assist with administrative tasks Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications:
Familiar with Workday Recruiter Minimum 1 year of work experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Aquisition or other similar roles Experience working on hard to find / hard to fill positions, with an emphasis on Senior, Principal or Manager level titles High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling Flexible and adaptable; self-starter, able to work within ambiguity at times.
