Assist Building Management Team Lead in Residential & Building Maintenance

Job Description:
Managing residential:
- Group owned apartment (i.e.
Capitol Park Residence, Ambassador); Long stay and serviced apartment- Coordination with property management provider (if any; i.e.
CB)- 3rd party apartment or landed house for expatriates and executives- Property checking prior to hand over to occupant or owner- Managing building maintenance:
- Make sure residential and building are well maintained- Request for parts or repair job- Arrange payment / reimbursement / advance for residential and building maintenance:
- Deposit and rental fee for apartment or landed house- Incidental purchase for residential and building maintenance- Advance request for Long stay and serviced apartment- Preparing PAM (Payment Approval Memo) related to residential/building maintenance and follow up the process- Periodical reporting on residential and building maintenance
