And we have offices in Bali, Java, Sumatra, Kuala Lumpur, and Borneo.We are looking for a dynamic young person to join our growing and expanding company as**RESERVATION & OPERATION OFFICER**Requirements and qualifications:- Open for Fresh Graduates or a minimum of 1 year of experience in Inbound Tour Operator or related fields.- Good command of English both written and spoken.- Familiarity with domestic travel destinations.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).- Data entry experience.- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, hard-working with the ability to work as part of a team.- Based in Bali/Yogyakarta.**What you'll be doing**:As a Reservation & Operations Officer you are responsible for making sure that the reservation and operation are running smoothly and reply in a timely manner.- Handling new bookings.- Manage and make reservations for accommodation, suppliers, and all services.- Monitoring all in house guests,and making sure all run well.- Providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.- Maintain good relations and communications with tour operators, customers, and suppliers.**Benefits**:Happy Trails!
