**Benefits**:- Working remotely with an international team- Accommodation in Bandung (if needed)- Meal allowance- Healthcare- Internet package incentive**Overview**:- Independently manage end-to-end research and experimentation projects- Maintain discipline documentation of the work for team's accountability- Lead data analysis including but not limited to evaluate user retention, learning metrics, and other relevant product metrics- Advise and consult stakeholders regarding the future direction of the product based on the result of the experiment- Communicate the result of a research or an experiment to relevant stakeholdersWork closely relevant stakeholders**Requirements**:- Independent and driven- At least 2 years of working experience in the field of quantitative research, UX research, product research, and/or product development- Strong foundation in both quantitative and qualitative research methods- Strong foundation in A/B testing, prototyping, pretotyping, and experimentation methods- Able to design, execute, analyze, and report user research independently from start to finish- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills- Able to work and be adaptive in an agile environment- Able to convey messages and insights effectively both orally and in writing- Able to work cross-functionally and involvement with multiple stakeholders**Plus Points**Experience in using Big Query, R/Python for data analysis, and other analysis tools such as SPSS.
