**Responsibilities**:
Collects, develops, analyzes and communicates company data and other information to constituents throughout the company, to support and enhance informed decision-making, problem solving, strategic planning, policy development, and institutional self-assessment.
Performs applied research, and designs, executes, and evaluates analytical and statistical studies and/or institutional self-assessments.
Designs and manages information systems and databases to support institutional research activities.
Duties and Responsibilites
- Work with a team of other researchers and internal stakeholders (C-Level, Product team, Marketing team, Content team, etc) to plan research objectives and test parameters.
- Designs and conducts surveys (quantitative and qualitative), executes, analyzes, communicates, and consults on the results of ad-hoc and tracking analytical studies using appropriate methods.
- Interpret the data, produce reports discussing research findings and provide recommendations at the end of the project.
- Use research results to write reports, papers and reviews and present findings in journals and conferences.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Marketing Psychology, Economics or related field
- Proven Research Conducting & Analysis experience; at least 2-3 years of experience directly related to research.
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)Strong analytical and critical thinking
