Manage end to end process of quantitative, qualitative, and also desk research projects

Responsible to build research design and questionnaire based on objectives
Bachelor degree from any major with minimum 5 years of proven experience in research (both Qualitative & Quantitative)

Has been hands-on with a proven track record of designing, executing, and participating survey research

Experience in project management, able to exercise judgment to prioritize and execute on research needs

Detail oriented & highly initiative

Excellent communication & team management skills

Accustomed to operate statistical software (mainly SPSS)

Strong understanding about digital users & market trend

High Curiosity
