Coordinating and Supervising the implementation of research activites for product development product improvement and testing of new raw materials and packaging- Coordinating the implementation of competito benchmark testing 0- Supervise trial batch in production- participate in handiling customer complaints- Implement ISO 9001, 14001, and 5R in QC area- supports and participate to all the internal/external audits- Minimum Bachelor degree of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D of Paint industry (preferably for water& solvent based point)- Good command in English both spokoen and written- Work based in Tangeran Area (tigakarsa)
