Assist in creating the marketing communication concept and strategic planning for every window campaign in the form of an action plan.
Collect data on customer behavior, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into reports and presentations.
Understand marketing communication objectives and design surveys to discover customers' perspective toward our products together with Campaign Communication Lead.
Monitoring research data & insights from our research platform: Warc, Statista, Yougov and make a regular market update recommendation.
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices

Compile post campaign report from different departments for each campaign and create Postmortem Campaign Report presentation for both internal TBS Indo and APAC.
Responsible for the administrative process related to any activation/production of each window campaign

Responsible for the budget monitoring for all brand marketing activities throughout the year.
Bachelor degree from any fields is welcome as long as had good skill with managing and interpreting data.
Have experience or background in quantitative/qualitative research methods/design is advantageous.
Familiar with Survey Monkey or Typeform or other survey platform.
Excellent attention to details.
Have a strong analytical and communication skill.
Highly organized, with the ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
Willing to learn and ability to pick up new concepts and skills quickly.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact proactively with different people at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communicator.
The ability to join and contribute to the work of a small team.
