**Job Qualification**:

- Minimum SMA/D3/Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 10 years RND (Research and Development) & Production experience in Rubber Compounding Industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skill and strong leadership
- Able to operate research equipment
- Excellent in product formulation for Rubber Compounding

**Jobs Descriptions**:

- Making rubber compound formulations
- Work on Product Samples According to Time Limits
- Ensure the quality of each product meets standards and Carrying out Product Research and Development
- Create Analysis Results Reports
- Collaborate with several departments including Production, Marketing to coordinate efforts regarding new product introductions.
- Understanding the Raw Materials for Making a Rubber Compound Product
- Maintain existing research equipment and formulas

Pay: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
