Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology/HR Management or related major
- Have an Experience in HR Field (Minimum 1 Years)
- Have a Good knowledge end-to-end recruitment process & Industrial relation
- Have an Experience in Outsourcing Industry (Plus point)
- Have a good knowledge about end-to-end recruitment process
- Have a good negotiation skill
- People Oriented
- Attention to Detail
- Domiciled in Surabaya
- Able to Join ASAP
